Tucked away in Southeastern Alberta lies the spirited city of Medicine Hat—a place we’re proud to call home. Over ten years ago, we kicked things off with a simple concession stand, serving up rich, smoky meats and handcrafted sausages. But when we couldn’t find marinating sauces and rubs that met our standards, natural, full-flavoured, and clean, we rolled up our sleeves and started crafting our own.

Our sauces and spices are low in fat, made with real ingredients, and most importantly, taste like something you’d be proud to serve at your own table. Every label is honest, you’ll always know exactly what’s inside.

Our founder, Brent, was raised on a working ranch in the Box Springs area, just north of Medicine Hat near the British Block in Suffield. With deep Alberta roots and more than a few rodeo stories under his belt, Brent brings an unmistakable cowboy spirit to everything he does. A lifelong passion for smoking meats and blending bold, satisfying flavours eventually led to years of fine-tuning, until he landed on the perfect combinations. Now, he’s sharing them with you.
